Who we are
This policy explains how the Bingo Master team handles information for the Bingo Master Android app (com.yeesoft.bingomaster), its related services and this website. Contact bingomasterx@hotmail.com with privacy questions. The compatible game is a separate product with its own policy.
Screen access and local analysis
After you start a session and accept Android screen-sharing consent, the app reads visible screen frames to recognise numbers and provide matching cues. Number analysis runs on your device; the recognition path does not upload screen frames to our server. Anything visible in the shared screen may be captured, so avoid opening unrelated private content during a session. Display-over-other-apps access enables floating controls and visual cues. End capture through Android’s screen-sharing controls.
Recordings and images you choose to share
Where recording is available in your version, saved videos and thumbnails are stored locally in the app’s private storage. Stopping a saved recording does not necessarily end the screen capture used for analysis. Images you explicitly choose to send with support feedback are uploaded with that message; this is separate from local number analysis.
Identifiers, access checks and purchases
The app and its service providers process app/device-derived identifiers, anonymous service identifiers, authentication and purchase tokens, product identifiers, app version and access status to operate the service, check eligibility and restore purchases. Google Play Integrity provides app, device and licensing signals. Google Play handles payment; we do not receive full payment-card details from Google Play.
Analytics, diagnostics and attribution
The app and its SDKs process app interactions, installation identifiers, device model, operating system, language, version and performance or error information. Google Analytics for Firebase can derive approximate location from IP addresses; this is separate from GPS access. Advertising identifiers and install-referrer information may be used for attribution. Where Meta integrations are enabled, attribution and app events may also be processed by Meta. Servers receive connection information, including IP addresses, when contacted.
Service providers and disclosures
Google/Firebase services support analytics, remote configuration, integrity checks and on-device recognition diagnostics. Backend and website infrastructure use Cloudflare. Information may be processed by these providers to deliver their services, respond to lawful requests, protect the service or resolve disputes. Providers may process information in countries different from yours. Their own policies explain their handling of information: Google Privacy Policy, Cloudflare Privacy Policy, and, where enabled, Meta Privacy Policy.
Support communications
When you send in-app feedback, we receive the message, selected images, anonymous service identity and relevant app/device metadata. Email support also receives your email address and the information you include. Send only information needed to investigate the issue; avoid passwords, payment credentials or unrelated personal content.
This website
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or embedded third-party video players. Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Clicking an external service link takes you to that service; clicking an email link opens your email application.
Storage and retention
Retention varies by record type and purpose, including operation of the service, support, security, purchase records and applicable legal requirements. Local app data can be removed using Android app settings or by uninstalling, subject to device backup and restore behaviour. Removing the app does not automatically remove server records or cancel a Google Play subscription. Contact us for information about records associated with your use and for a deletion request.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can end screen sharing, revoke overlay or notification access in Android settings, manage advertising identifiers in Android, and manage subscriptions in Google Play. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by the Bingo Master service, email bingomasterx@hotmail.com with the subject “Bingo Master data deletion” or a description of your privacy request. Include only the information needed to locate your records, such as a support reference or Google Play order reference. We may request further information to verify the request and explain its scope. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction purposes. See the request instructions. This request does not delete your account with the compatible game.
Security and children’s privacy
App service endpoints use HTTPS and Google SDKs use encrypted transport. No system can promise absolute security. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app or this site, contact us so the team can review the information and the request.
